Donors are those entities that provide monetary donations, in-kind goods and services, auction donations and any other items that support the Foundations programs. Based on this policy, the Rex Foundation does not give or sell anyone else its mailing list, and does not provide specific information regarding such things as the in-kind goods and services and auction items received for a given event. Only general information about the types of goods and services received is provided.

The Rex Foundation may request to publicly acknowledge the names of sponsors, contributors of in-kind goods and services and auction items related to a specific event in printed programs and on the Rex Foundation website, and advises all parties accordingly. In order to offer additional publicity for providers of in-kind goods and services, contact information may be published on the Rex Foundation web site following the related event.
