Rex Musical Caravan: Reflections Band, October 23

The Reflections Band rocks Teaneck, NJ, for Rex on October 23.

East Coast fans, there’s no better place to be on October 23 than Mexi Cali Live in Teaneck, NJ.

There will be a full moon that night, as Reflections once again joins the Rex Foundation Musical Caravan. Opening the show will be pianist extraordinaire David Budway, followed by two sets by Reflections.

Since Reflections formed in 2004, their goal has always been to engulf Jerry Garcia’s massive repertoire, with an initial focus on the Jerry Garcia Band.

Reflections covers all incarnations of Jerry music, including Jerry Garcia Band, Old and in the Way, Legion of Mary, Garcia/Dawg and of course the Grateful Dead

A five piece band with a home base in northern New Jersey consists of Bob Guerra (guitar, vocals), Lizzy Friel (vocals, violin), Paul Kates (keyboards, vocals), Josh Kates (drums) and John Cassano (bass). Their constantly expanding repertoire of songs bring back colorful memories, and introduce new folks to the style of music Jerry embraced and we will always love!

On this special evening, $1 of the price of each ticket goes to support the Rex Foundation, so come have a great evening for a good cause!

Music starts 8 p.m.
