This Halloween, join your fellow Dead Heads in the Washington, DC area  for The Dead Will Rise Again (A Grateful Halloween) Rex Foundation Benefit Concert & Costume Contest. Music throughout the night by Black Muddy River Band, Comic Book Colors, Beggars Tomb, and On The Bus. A Rex Silent Auction Starts at 6 p.m. Tickets here.
