The Good For Your Soul Foundation is a not-for-profit entity providing music and arts education opportunities to underserved youth and teens in Berrien County, Michigan.
The Good For Your Soul Foundation currently works with Gibson Guitars to provide free guitars in conjunction with its community partners to provide free lessons and instruments to students in the surrounding communities. In January 2026, the Foundation will launch six months of free lessons and programming to 30 students in Berrien County.
Their free programming in 2025 culminated in final performances in a rock ’n’ roll supergroup at the Niles Riverfront Festival in June of that year. In 2026, the Foundation will double the number of participants in the inaugural group through the generous donations of local foundations, including the Rex Foundation, to support its music education in the community.
