Our mission is to grow queen conch for the sake of the species, ecosystem, and people of Jamaica who depend on the fishery.
The Queen Conch Mobile Laboratory is up and running. Currently we are working on increasing the total conch numbers in the hatchery by decreasing the mortality rate. Increasing education about this project by personal tours and student tours.
